After extensive deliberation in the form ofbrainstorming, wedecided on threeimportanttopicsthatwewould like todiscusswiththecitizens. First, weareinterested in thestatus quo in Saerbeck. This includes, forexample, howmanycitizensownheatingpumps, whatadvantagestheysee in them, and what, if anything, keeps them from getting rid of them. Then we would like to know which channels citizens prefer to use so that we can orient our presentations to them. Finally, it is useful to find out how high the commitment of the different citizens is and who can imagine taking on more responsibility. Fill in results
